1. Run seller force desktop and we keep getting an error message "ProtocolError: connection failed".
   SellerForce is a Client/Server software, you should download and run the SellerForce server firstly, then Run the SellerForce Desktop to connect to the running server.
   
2. What is the "Local Category" field for?
   It is a way that you can sort your items. You can use "Local Category" to easy your inventory management, it just likes folders, the root "folder" is "All", then you can create sub-folders and move your inventory items into folders.
   For creating more folders, go to Navigation panel in the inventory window, "Right Click" the Folder panel, menu is at there.
   You can create folders "Books", "Music", "Out of stock", "Trash" and whatever others by your logic.
   For moving your items into folders, drag items from the inventory grid to the folder, or open edit window, edit the "Local Category" field.
   
3. How to organise/categorize my inventory?
   Three fields are for the purpose, "Local Category", "Item Status" and "Location", use them with your imagination.
